Flower Bears wants for you to know:

Keep the flowers on a fresh environment, sunlight must not be directed straight to them, and do not pour water on them, unless you ordered a bouquet.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

Every purchase is unique for us, and your wishes our commands; however, substitutions might be necessary in creating arrangements due to the regional availability of the flowers, weather conditions and/or seasonal availability. If or when it

happens, keep in mind that our designers will maintain the size, color, style and theme of your selection using flowers of equal or higher value. For example, peonies will be substituted for garden roses. Also, during major Holidays certain flowers and or colors may be substituted due to increased demand.

DELIVERY POLICY:

All Flower Dream Design LLC. arrangements are personally hand-delivered by our team. Delivery rates may vary according to the traveling distance. All orders MUST be placed to be delivered the next day BEFORE 1 PM (ET), as we do not accept same day orders online. Delivery times are not guaranteed. However, you are able to specify delivery time and delivery instructions and we will do our best to accommodate your specified request. Please note that during the Holidays orders are recommended to be placed at least 4-5 days in advanced.

ASK FOR ARE SPECIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM: Flower Bear or Carrie can be the ones delivering your flower arrangement to that special one, making it BEAR SPECIAL!! This delivery option has a separate fee. We do not accept change on delivery time with Flower Bear or Carrie, as these are taken with an Agenda.

Delivery time is from 10 AM (ET) to 7 PM (ET), any request outside standard delivery time may be taken (on a case-by-case basis), and it may cause an extra fee. Standard wait time will be 10 minutes.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

All sales concluded at Flower Dream Design LLC. are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@flowerdream.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own and proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided Flower Dream Design LLC. Any cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date, a credit will be granted towards any of our products, as we do not make refunds for safety regulations.

DISCLAIMER:

We do not videotape our deliveries for our customers; however, we may videotape it or photograph it for marketing purposes, if you do not wish to be part of it, communicate it to our sales team as we value our customers privacy.
